Michelle Herrera
Hi, I am Michelle Herrera and I am a West Michigan-based videographer, director, and storyteller. I recently graduated from Western Michigan University (Kalamazoo, MI), with a BBA in Advertising/Promotion and a Bachelor of Arts in Film, Video, and Media Studies with minors in Journalism and General Business. As I embark on this new chapter in my life I plan to fully pursue what I love the most--bringing creativity to life for others to see. Currently, I am a Social & Digital Media Intern with the Kalamazoo Wings Professional Hockey team, and was previously the Creative Video Intern for Western Michigan University Football and the Director of Advertising for Bronconess, the student-run wine brand at Western Michigan University. In 2023, I launched Herrera Legacy, a videography service business.
Previously, I have served as the Video Production Manager for the Western Herald, the Public Relations Chair for the Western Student Association, the university's student government, the Media Chair for the Multicultural Greek Council on campus, and the Marketing Chair for Sigma Lambda Gamma National Sorority Inc. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, painting, and watching music videos on YouTube.
